What is dual pricing?

Dual pricing is when you offer a cash price and a card price! This is a program to offset your card processing fees. 

What do you mean unlimited transactions?

When you enable dual pricing\* we waive all additional fees, including the batch fees and per transaction fees! This saves businesses quite a lot of Moola 💰

What if my free payment terminal breaks?

We will ship you another terminal free of charge! There is a limit per calander year. Do remember, payment terminals keep your business operating and taking cards so we recommend to take care of them and do your best to not drop them. 

What point-of-sale solutions do you offer?

We have over 50 solutions that are commonly offered however we integrate with hundreds of solutions. What is best, would be to schedule a call with our POS PRO and see what is best for your business. 

We are NOT a one size fits all kind of business. We will find the solution that works for you.

Justin (left) & Cathryn (right) stepped away from the telecommunications industry after 8 years to dive into the world of merchant services & haven't looked back since. Best.Decision.Ever.

Justin is head of sales & account management. His knowledge of all of the point-of-sale systems on the market & the merchant service industry as a whole is incredible. This industry was made for him.

Cathryn is in charge of marketing, bookkeeping, & whatever backend tasks need to be taken care of. Creating the Moola brand & culture is an ongoing task that Cathryn has fallen in love with.

Justin & Cathryn got married in 2012 & began their dream of entrepreneurship in 2013. They welcomed their son, Peyton, in 2015. Peyton helps keep the work/life balance in check at Moola.
